How WOG Labs handles tool inputs, temporary files, browser preferences and connections to external services.

Effective October 20, 2026

Who operates this website

WOG Labs is operated by Qynetic Tchnology Ltd. For questions or correction requests, use the public contact listed on our contact page. The details below describe the current WOG Labs tools; external products have their own policies.

Tools that work on your device

Image Layout, QR Code Generator, Password Generator, Word Counter, Unit Converter, MD5 Generator, XML to JSON and ZIP Password Recovery process their tool content in your browser. These tools do not upload that content to WOG Labs.

Generated files, passwords and recovery checkpoints remain in temporary browser state rather than a WOG Labs account history. Save the result you need before closing or resetting the tool. Clipboard actions happen only when you choose to copy.

Files and text processed on our server

Image conversion and editing tools send the selected image and settings to the WOG Labs server after you start processing. Image inputs and results are processed in request memory and are not saved as an image library.

Document, audio and local-video tools use isolated temporary request files. Those request files are deleted before the response is returned, including handled failure and cancellation paths. Results returned to your browser are not a permanent download store.

Grammar Fixer and Content Summarizer process submitted text in transient request state without a saved writing history. Summarizing a webpage sends its URL to our server, which reads the public page without your account cookies or sign-in details. We do not send this text to a third-party language model.

Video links and external data sources

Video downloaders send a submitted public link to our server, which contacts the source platform and retrieves available public media. Download job files are temporary and are removed ten minutes after the request. They are not a personal storage service.

The Domain Rating checker sends the normalized domain name to Ahrefs when you select Check. Google Trends connects your browser to Google only after you select Explore trends. These providers can receive connection information, such as your IP address in a direct browser connection, and apply their own privacy policies.

Opening an external AI product, pricing page or social link takes you to another website. WOG Labs does not manage that website’s account, payment, cookies or retention.

Browser preferences and search

Theme preference, saved favorites and recently selected tools use local storage in this browser. Clear them through your browser’s site-data controls. They are not synchronized to a WOG Labs account.

Search suggestions match the local tools catalog. Directory searches and filters may be sent to the WOG Labs server to retrieve a results page. Search terms can appear in the page URL and browser history, so avoid putting private content into a tool search.

Connection records and feedback

Hosting and network infrastructure may process connection records such as IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps and errors to operate and protect the website. This is separate from a saved tool-content library. WOG Labs currently includes no advertising tracker or third-party analytics script.

Suggest a tool copies your draft only when you choose Copy my idea; it does not send the draft automatically. If you contact us through X, that service handles the message under its own terms. Share the tool URL and error description instead of passwords or private files.

Updates and questions

We will update this page when processing behavior changes. You can contact WOG Labs about this policy or the handling of a specific tool request.
